Last night, Mandy Rose's 413-day reign as NXT Women's Champion came to an end, after she was defeated by Roxanne Perez. Unfortunately for Rose, it wasn't just the end of her title reign, but the end of her tenure in WWE as well.

.

Rose first joined WWE during the sixth season of Tough Enough in 2015, placing second overall behind eventual winners Sara Lee and Josh Bredl. Rose ultimately signed a five-year deal with WWE anyway, working NXT for several years before being called up to "Monday Night Raw" in 2017. Highlights of her main roster run included a tag team, and later rivalry, with real-life friend Sonya Deville, and her romance with Otis, which ran from late 2019 into 2020.

The decision to have Roxanne Perez end Mandy Rose’s 400+ day run as NXT Women’s champion caught a lot of people by surprise last night (Dec. 14). It also led to some speculation that Rose’s FanTime page (an OnlyFans-like service) was part of WWE’s reason for making the change.

 Mandy Rose has undoubtedly been one of the most popular WWE Superstars in the past year. She has elevated the NXT women's division with her championship reign and her faction, Toxic Attraction.

She surprisingly lost her NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez on the recent episode of NXT, which shocked everyone as her reign seemed unstoppable.

[Last night, Mandy Rose lost her NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez. Fans were confused by the circumstances surrounding the match;

 it was originally scheduled to take place in a few weeks at New Year's Evil but was seemingly moved to last night at the last minute. Now, we have some unfortunate insight as to why that was the case.

 Earlier today, Fightful reported that WWE has released Mandy Rose from her contract. They cited Rose's FanTime page as their reason why.

 Rose had been posting explicit content on her page, akin to an OnlyFans profile. Men on social media leaked some of Rose's content over the weekend, seemingly causing bad PR in the eyes of WWE.

Rose’s shock exit is reportedly tied to content she was posting on her Fantime page. A report from Fightful Select notes that WWE felt that the content she was posting was “outside the parameters” of her WWE deal.

This comes just days after racy photos of the star were leaked online

Title back in October 2021, defeating Raquel Rodriguez at Halloween Havoc. Rose had only returned to the brand three months earlier after a largely unsuccessful stint on the main roster.
