 Raquel Leviss, a star on Bravo's reality show "Vanderpump Rules", is taking legal action against her co-stars after an intimate FaceTime video with Tom Sandoval was shared, leading to the end of his relationship with Ariana Madix. 

Leviss claims that the video was recorded without her knowledge or consent, and has had her attorneys send a legal letter to cast members, demanding they delete the video and stop sending it around.While the majority of the country is busy bundling up in their coziest cold-weather ensembles, Raquel Leviss is living it up on a Waikiki beach in Hawaii while wearing the cutest little red bikini we ever did see. TMZ reports that the lawyers cited California's law against revenge porn, which criminalizes the distribution of "nonconsensual pornography"

. The letter does not state that Sandoval recorded the video.Madix, who was left "heartbroken" after discovering the affair, is said to feel "betrayed" by Leviss, whom she considered a "friend". The insider noted that Madix and Sandoval had been "affectionate in public recently", and that Madix had "no idea there were any issues" in their nearly decade-long relationship.

Neither Leviss' representative nor her attorney have commented on the matter.

This latest scandal comes as the show's ongoing 10th season has resumed filming after a break due to the pandemic. Fans have been given a behind-the-scenes look of James Kennedy filming a confessional for an upcoming episode. It was reported that after the news hit the wind, Shay — who is close friends with Madix — got into a “heated confrontation” with Leviss over her behavior, with some claiming that the exchange got physical.
